Thai Green Curry
Being from Malaysia, I have quite a penchant for Thai food. Anyways…one of my favorite Thai dishes has always been Thai Green Curry. Thai Green curry (literally sweet green curry) is a variety of curry in Thai cuisine. The name “green” curry derives from the color of the dish. It can be prepared with chicken, beef or fish, but my recipe will feature chicken. Thai Green Curry 1 whole chicken, washed and cleaned 3 tbsp green curry paste (see green curry paste recipe below or use prepared curry paste you can get at the Asian store) 1 (14oz) can of coconut milk 2 fresh Thai eggplants, quartered 1 cup straw mushrooms 1 cup baby corn 1 onion quartered 2-3 fresh red... Stuffed Sole with Crabmeat and Scallops recipe
I was asked by a new friend to post the recipe of what I made for dinner last night. Since I tend to cook a lot for dinner (cheaper than eating out everyday) and I don’t seem to have much else to write in here anymore, I think I will start writing more about what I cook. This quick, easy dish can be served with lemon garlic butter & steamed green beans for a perfect meal. Ingredients Crab and scallop stuffing and fish: 4 oz jumbo lump crab meat (1 cup) 1/2 pound bay or sea scallops 1 1/2 tablespoons... Continue Reading
