A friend of mine requested I post my home-made burger recipe, so here it is. Hope you guys like it. Ingredients 1 cup assorted mushrooms, chopped 1/4 cup chopped green sweet pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon butter 1 egg, slightly beaten 3 tablespoons garlic-flavored fine dry bread crumbs 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons ketchup 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, cut crosswise into slices 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted 1 tablespoon olive oil Sliced cheese (optional) Sliced tomatoes (optional) Lettuce (optional) Directions In a medium skillet cook mushrooms, green sweet peppers, and onion in hot butter until tender and let cool. With it being Labor day tomorrow, and also one of the biggest cook-out days of the year. I thought I’d share a little steak recipe I have.
